Memory of Macao
by Brian Lo‘Memory of Macao’ is a speculative branding project. The brand collateral is for an exhibition which aims to retell stories and memories held by Macanese people, creating new possibilities for individuals to learn about the vanishing culture of Macao. After the casino liberalisation in 2003, the city of Macao has come to be known as the ‘second Las Vegas’. This project disrupts the resulting stereotype by adjusting the popular image of Macao, allowing individuals to experience Macao’s diverse and unique local culture.
